What type of picture do you require?
A: Almost any, Digital from CD,
DVD, Media card, E-mail etc Negative, Slide, Print Artwork.
A: No problem, Navigate to our Contacts page and download
an order form , complete this and forward it with your image to the
address on the form ( we will contact you upon reciept to confirm
your exact requirements)
Q: How long does it take for my work to be
completed?
A: Many items can be completed within 48 hours subject to
workloads plus allowaces for frieght and payment clearance. For very
large orders or complex work we will always give an estimated reciept
date..
Q: When do you require payment?
A: Once we receive your order
we will always contact you to discuss an exact quotation and payment
method..
Q: Should I send my original print or should i send you
a scan?
A: It is always preferable to send a quality scan ( See Scanning
Tips) but we will happily work from flat artwork
Q: If I send you my
original photos or negatives is there a charge for scanning these?
A:
Yes a small levy of £ 5.00 is raised to cover our costs but may be
waived at the discretion of the management.
Q: What about profesional
photographs?
A: We are unable to reproduce copyright images without
express consent of the owner, these will be marked as such with date,
contact details and copyright information.
